Managing Mental Health During COVID-19 for CBT-Trained Therapists is a brief, self-directed, online training that provides an overview of mental health concerns that may be experienced during a pandemic, both by therapists and the people they support. The training is free of charge and can be completed in 3-4 hours.
The CBT-focused training is self-directed and can be stopped or started by learners at any time, allowing therapists to complete the course at their own pace. The training uses case scenarios, activities, videos, and reflective journals to equip therapists with tools and approaches to address mental health concerns in the context of a pandemic. The course will also reinforce the experience of practising CBT therapists.
This training was developed by The Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) at CAMH and is supported by funding from the Ministry of Health.

The three-hour training uses case scenarios, activities, tip sheets, and reflective journals to equip frontline workers with tools and approaches to address mental health concerns in the context of a pandemic. The training is offered free of charge. This training was developed by the Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) at CAMH and is supported by funding from the Ministry of Health.
